With over 30 wins to his credit, this young Puerto Rican athlete has dedicated most of his professional career representing Puerto Rico internationally. Victor is the only driver from Puerto Rico to be approved to compete in NASCAR’s top two divisions. On August 30, 2009 Victor made history as the first Puerto Rican to ever compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series finishing 14th in his NASCAR debut.
